Classroom Description The Dondo Preschool provides free Christian education to the local village children along with a healthy lunch each day. The school is open to 4 & 5-year-olds and most children come from underprivileged homes in which both parents are unemployed or they are orphans. The children begin their day with prayer and devotions. They are taught a Bible story and sing songs. The 4-year-olds learn basic Portuguese letters, how to read and write their names. They also learn numbers, shapes, colors, social science, natural science, and art.
