Classroom Description The Dondo Preschool provides free Christian education to the local village children along with a healthy lunch each day. The school is open to 4 & 5-year-olds and most children come from underprivileged homes in which both parents are unemployed or they are orphans. The children begin their day with prayer and devotions. They are taught a Bible story and sing songs. The 5-year-olds learn colors, writing and identifying numbers, anatomy, the Portuguese alphabet, reading, social science, painting, and hygiene.
