Bio Monica is such a fun girl! Despite not being able to hear she communicates with her very expressive face and loves with her hugs. She gets very excited and loves to spend time with people. She loves everyone! Monica has two younger siblings that live here as well. She is learning sign language at her new school, and they have even been teaching the staff and other kids at the center how to communicate with her in sign!
